I reached out to my contact at Lippert and they said the number you gave is for an entire 23 Series Kwikee Step. These steps have been used for a long time, so depending on your model year, there are some different requirements for replacement parts.
If you have a 1999 or older model, you will need to replace the entire step with the Lippert Components Kwikee 23 Series Triple Tread Electric Step # LC3694042.
If you have a 2000 to October of 2005 model, you will need the update kit. That kit is the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor Conversion/Upgrade Kit # LC379145.
If you have a November 2005-present model, you will need the motor only and that is the Lippert Components Kwikee Motor and Screws for New IMGL Step # LC379147.
