Question:
I have built a small cargo trailer. The body of the trailer is constructed of wood. Please provide advice on what door latch is best to use for the large rear door as well as the smaller storage doors on the side. I would like them all to lock securely but do not want any to be the ugly bar latch systems that are on horse trailers. Thanks,

As long as the doors are less than 1-1/16 inch thick the Latch part # L3980 would be exactly what you would want. These are a smaller latch that have locks built into them that are very reliable.
For for a smaller setup we have the Junior Latch part # L1833. This is right at an inch smaller in width and length.
