Question:
Hello, I am planning to buy the Thule Hitch pro post TH934XTR and I want a good locking pin. Will the 40107 work? My hitch is a 3500 pounds two inch hitch and my car is a Subaru Forrester 2017 2.5i.

The Thule Hitching Post Pro bike rack # TH934XTR has a weld nut inside its shank that is uniquely threaded and I can only guarantee that it will work with Thule hitch bolts or locking hitch bolts and not # e98882. So to add a lock to this rack you would need to use the Thule Snug-Tite lock # THSTL2. I have linked a video review of this lock for you.
