I have a utility trailer and need to replace the boards. Do I need a impact wrench to install the torx floor screws?

To install Torx screws like # TFX250ACQ when replacing floor boards, you don't need any special tools except the Torx Head Screwdriver Bit # TX430-1. This can be used in a screwdriver, but I choose to use it in a corded or cordless drill.
