Question:
I was reading your response to another about using a Curt Ball Mount with 2 inch Receiver, part # D210, for a bike rack on top and pop up trailer towed. Trying to figure out the space between the top of the ball and the inside bottom of the receiver above as my bike rack has a 90 degree part that fits in the receiver. Could I hook up the trailer once the rack was on?

The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs, # D210 will allow you to use your 90 degree bike rack and your trailer. I've attached a video of the review of this hitch with a bike rack installed. You can see from the clearance on the video that you won't have enough clearance to safely connect your trailer with the bike rack in place without risking hitting your bike rack. You will need to first connect the trailer and then load the bike rack.
For a similar hitch with a slightly lower capacity rating, you may be interested in the MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver - 2" Hitches - 1-5/8" Drop - 5,000 lbs # MT70066. This hitch will also require the trailer connection before the bike rack.
