I reached out to my contact at Thule the maker of TracRac and the Replacement End Cap for TracRac Ladder Racks # TA01-27023 uses an M6-1 socket head cap screw. We carry only one screw this diameter and head and it is the # TH919063054 which is 30mm long. If you need a different length, you will need to obtain it at a local hardware store.
