Question:

Will the Torklift TLA7310 work on my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali Dually? And will it make much difference in sway and ride height with my camper on it?

The TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade for Upper Overload Springs, # TLA7202 are the fit for your 2016 GMC Sierra 3500. They will assist in reducing side to side sway as well as porpoising, and they will reduce body roll. They will reduce the squat of your truck.

For another option to consider, I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRTT35D. These springs will work in a similar way but will use your jounce stops bolt location to provide the added strength directly over your axle instead of on the springs. This will support your factory springs without physically engaging the spring itself. I've attached a link to help.
