Dual Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Towing More than 5,000 lbs

Question:
Do you have any dual hitches that have a 5000 lb towing capacity. I need a dual hitch bottom hitch straight out for towing my vehicle behind my RV and the top hitch to carrying my bicycle rack?

We have the # RM-077-4 which has a towing capacity of 10,000 lbs and is designed for use in flat towing setups.
