Question:

I am looking at dual hitch receivers on your web site. We flat-tow a Honda Fit and would like to install a bike rack. the 2inch receiver on our Winnebago motorhome is rated at 10,000 Lbs. The Roadmaster 077-4 or 077-2 would do the job I think but I hate to the hitch down if I dont need to. Do you have anything you would recommend where the lower receiver is in line with the receiver on the coach rather than ped down with a raised one up above for the bikes?

Expert Reply:

Having your towbar within 3 inches high or low of level is perfectly acceptable, according to Blue Ox and Roadmaster. If the # RM-077-4 would allow the towbar to be within that amount plus or minus of level, the dual hitch adapter would work just fine.

We don't have any dual hitch adapters that have a receiver that would be inline with that of the coach.
