What is the diameter of the mounting holes? Can a 3/8 bolt fit in the hole for mounting to a Core Trax 1000 system?

The Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Fork Mount - Bolt On, # HRT970, is a very cool mount. The two outside holes are 3 inches on center and 1/4 inch in diameter. The center is threaded and a 4.6 mm diameter. To make it compatible with the Core Trax 1000, you would have to drill the holes out for that custom fit.
