Question:
I realize that part #80133 comes with a 1 1/4 in. ball hole. Does it also include a bushing so that a 1 in. ball stud can be used?

You would need to purchase a Hitch Ball Bushing - 1-1/4 inch to 1 inch, part # 58184, to be able to use a 1 inch diameter shank ball with the Ball Mount 2-3/4 inch Rise or 4 inch Drop, part # DT40201, as it does not come with a bushing to allow you to use a 1 inch shank ball.
I have included an FAQ article on how to pick the right ball mount below that you might find informative.
