Actually for the 2.7 liter 4 cylinder engine of the 2014 Toyota Tacoma the Kat's heater you want is the part # KH11481 which is a frost plug heater and not the cartridge heater you mentioned.
This installs on the backside of the motor if you were facing it under the hood on the driver side.
