My rv step works part time. If I tap on the controller and motor it sometimes works. Should I replace both the controller and motor. Controller # scs- frigette 202-3230, motor# 300- 1406. Do you sell these parts?

It sounds like the issue could be either individual component or the combination of both. The replacement for your scs- frigette 202-3230, is the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301702. The replacement for your motor is the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step, # LC301695. If you need the replacement spacers, use # LC128958. You can troubleshoot the motor by applying 12V power directly to it, bypassing the controller. If the motor works you have pin pointed your issue.
