Question:
I have a 2011 chevy silverado 1500 extended cab with 6.5ft box is the ex1033 hinge the correct one also while looking at another site they said theres did not come with the foam pad on the hinge does yours have the pad on it.

The # EX1033 is the replacement hinge for all Extang Trifecta and eMax tonneau covers so it will fit yours. And yes, it does include the foam piece.
