Question:
HI, I need a whole mess of these puppies for a 22foot flatbed and want to know what spacing you suggest for instance I suppose three or four per end, and HOW many feet between them down the sides?

When installing the stake pockets like part # PK-BSP, there is no standard installation. You will want to make sure you have enough to secure the loads you plan on carrying.
I called my contact at Rack'Em and they told me if you are planning on using them for tie-downs then you will probably want to use more of them for that use but if they are for walls on a truck then you can use 3 or 4 per 8-ft section. Again, this is up to you and depends on how these are to be used. It is always better to have more and not need them than to find out later you do not have enough.
