Question:

Can the mounting arms be relocated on the table to accommodate the existing round button fasteners that are already installed on the outside of my toyhauler trailer? The mounting buttons are mounted on center measurements as follows. center of Left bracket to the center of right bracket is 45-1/8. The center to center from top to bottom button fastener is 4-1/4inch

I do have a solution for you but since the overall length of shelf # TWSP45HFTA is 45-1/2 inches there would not be a way to relocate the legs to the spacing you are looking for. What you can do is get a set of new buttons # TWSP30BK and mount them where you need them. That way you would not have to move around the buttons that you have and then have to plug the vacant holes left by them.
