Question:
Hi Jeffrey! Thank you for you reply! I think a class 1 hitch will not be enough to carry 5 bikes, the rack supports up to 150 lbs and the rack itself weights 35 lbs, for a total of 185 lbs, a class 1 hitch maximum tongue weight is 200 lbs, this is way to close for me to fell save, let me know your thoughts.

You are correct. You cannot carry five bikes in a carrier on the back of a vehicle with a Class l hitch like your 2015 Kia Soul. You are limited to carrying 2 bikes with a Class l.
The only option I can offer is to use a trailer like the yakima Rack and Roll, part # Y08106. this trailer will let you carry up to five bikes on the crossbars which is what you asked about.
The bike carrier that will work with this trailer I recommend is the Yakima FrontLoader, part # Y02103. This carrier has a universal wheel-mount design and holds the bike vertical when placed in the rack.
If you decide to go this route and you need a trailer harness at the back of your Soul I recommend part # 118637.
