I reached out to my contact at Swagman, and the Replacement Long and Short Hooks for Swagman G10 Platform Bike Racks - Locking, # SP428, you referenced will fit your Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # S44FR. I absolutely recommend this replacement because it actually comes with an upgrade for you. You will get locking hooks with two keyed alike locks. This will add security to the function of these hooks which are a confirmed fit.
