Will the 13577 model fit my 2001 Toyota Highlander?

The Curt Class III hitch # 13577 is a custom fit specifically made for versions of the Nissan Murano for model years 2009 through 2014. This hitch does NOT fit any model year of the Toyota Highlander.

For a similar 2-inch Class III hitch designed for your 2001 Toyota Highlander I recommend the Draw-Tite # 41541. This hitch offers no-drill installation which is detailed in the linked video that shows a 2003 Highlander. If you also need a trailer wiring harness you can use the Tekonsha 4-Pole kit # 118413 which is a simple plug-in installation at the Highlander's taillights. A video for this kit is linked too.
