We do sell replacement keys. I would need to know what hitch you are referring to. Brand, Size, and any numbers would be needed. Also a close up picture is very helpful to us in assisting you and your dad.

Thanks for the pictures. They were a huge help. I'm really glad that I'll be able to help you out. What you need is the Fastway Re-Keying Kit for DTLBM and DTALBM Series Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mounts - 2 Locks, # DTLBM02RK. This will allow you to change out the locking cylinder and have the new keyed cylinders to replace it. This kit comes with 2 cylinders and 4 keys.

Thank you for the pictures. They were very helpful and I'm happy to say that I have a solution for you. The Fastway Re-Keying Kit for DTLBM and DTALBM Series Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mounts - 2 Locks, # DTLBM02RK, is what you will want for your Diversi-Tech locking ball mount. This kit will come with two cylinders, four keys, and the tool to replace them.
