The Curt Class III hitch you referred to, part # 13147 is a fit for all models of the 2009-2013 Forester. It will indeed fit your 2011 model. However, be aware that Curt's warranty stipulates that a reinforcing strap like part # 18050 must be used on any non trailer load like a bike rack or cargo carrier. Some find the strap difficult to use, and if your Forester has the spoiler atop the rear hatch, the strap might damage it.
For this reason, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75650, which won't require a strap be used. If you'll be towing with your hitch, you might also need the following:
Trailer wiring harness w/ 4-pole trailer connector, part # 118467
Ball mount, part # C45010
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
Locking hitch pin, part # 40107
I've linked you to install videos for the hitch and the trailer wiring.
