Hi, How are safety chains attached instead of cables on your C19745 tow bar? Thanks.

Safety chains don't normally attach to tow bars. They normally attach to the safety chain loops of the tow vehicle and then to the base plate kit or frame of the vehicle that is being flat towed. That way if the tow bar some how gets disconnected the chains are still attached to the vehicle and RV.
A lot of people really like the coiled safety chains like part # RM-643 which you would coil around the arms of the tow bar to keep them off the ground.
