I see the prediciment, so I reached out to B&W to see about that center louver. My contact said that the center brake light is completely exposed with the placement of this louver, so you shouldn't have any direct issues with your camera. The louver may restrict some of the viewing angle based on the angle of your camera's functionality, so I can't say that you won't have any issue, but I can confirm that you won't have a bar blocking the camera itself. I personally still recommend this rack for you because of the light functions and design.
We do have headache racks for your vehicle that do not have the center louver and allow for a greater camera angle, like the Westin HDX Headache Rack - Black Powder Coated Steel, # 57-8005, which is also a very nice and sturdy rack. We unfortunately do not have any other headache racks that have the LED Lights built in that are a fit for your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty.
