What Size Hole Does the Grease Cap Plug RG04-010 Fit

Question:

I ordered four of these last week and received them today. Thanks for the fast shipping. I had a quick question. My trailer is an ez-loader boat trailer. The boat is a 98 Stratos 201 so I assume the trailer is same year model. It has ez lube hubs. The caps fit but they seem lose. They dont fall out but there is noticeable play. Is this normal or did I order the wrong part?

The part # RG04-010 is designed to fit a 1.18 inch grease cap center hole. If you measure yours and it matches that then these are the correct ones. It's hard to say if the amount of play you mentioned is acceptable but you do want to them to seal pretty tight so that they don't allow dust/water in to the hub.
