Question:
Will the Pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains -fit my 2017 Acura RDX Tire? Tire size is 235/60 R18

Expert Reply:
The Pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # PWRS80 will fit a tire size of 235/60-R18.
Unfortunately, the owner's manual for the 2017 Acura RDX recommends the use of cables instead of chains. Therefore using the Pewag chains, although they will fit your tires, might be an warranty issue if you have any problems with using the Pewag chains.
I recommend using the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW2029C. The Glacier set are the cable style that Acura recommends for your vehicle.
I linked a video to show how the Glacier cable are attached to a vehicle. Unfortunately, we have not had 2017 Acura RDX yet to install these cables.
