Question:

I have a weight distributing hitch with a 1 1/4 hole and a 2 5/16 ball with a 1inch shank. Is there a spacer/adapter available to convert or do I have to buy a new ball?

All you will need is a mushing # 58184 that will allow you to use the 1 inch ball shank in the 1-1/4 inch diameter hole on your weight distribution head.

If you instead decide to get a new ball you can use # 19286.
