There are 2 mounting rail sets for this hitch . Im looking at a RP50026-58 or a bwrvk2401 . Which should i use ? Also on the wiring harness 20110 is the 4 way pin affected on the original plug . Tow vehicle 2016 F250 8ft bed.

To use the B and W Patriot Fifth Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3200 you will need a set of industry standard fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of your 2016 Ford F-250 long bed.
For that you would want a custom install kit part # RP50026-58 as it will install in about half the time as a universal kit and will minimize. Drilling Reese rails are compatible with the Patriot and would work well.
When you install the # C56000 it would not affect the function of the 4-way in any way.
