The seat bracket for the Roadmaster Brakemaster # RM-9160 that will fit your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado is part # RM-88308. There isn't a confirmed fit for your 2017 Chevrolet Suburban as of November 2016. The same # RM-88308 is a fit through 2016, and will possibly fit the 2017, but I can't be sure since it hasn't been tested.
An option for your Suburban is the Floor Anchor Plate # 450650-01 instead of the custom adapter.
