Question:
I have 205/75/r15 tires on my cargo trailer. Can I replace 2 tires that are 195/65/r15s?

The tire size you mentioned wanting to install on your trailer that is 195/65R15 is not a standard trailer tire size so I cannot recommend it. It sounds like you are trying to install a passenger vehicle tire on your wheels which is not safe or recommended.
Your only safe option is to go with a tire of the same size that is rated for tires like part # TR20515D. What's great about this tire is that it is rated for a higher speed of 81 mph instead of most trailer tires that are only rated for 65.
