Question:
I have this same car on this video: SCion xb 2010. I have the part # C18145 for the cargo carrier. But I was wondering what hitch was used.

I can't be completely sure but the hitch in the video review of the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145, that I've attached, looks be the Curt Class II Receiver Hitch # C12490. There are only two hitch receivers available for your 2010 Scion xB, and the other, the Draw-Tite Class I # 24815 does not have a collar at the opening of the receiver tube like the one used in the video.
The Curt is a Class II and has a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds with 350 pounds of tongue weight. The Draw-Tite Class I has a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds and tongue weight of 200 pounds. I've attached an install video of each of them. Neither require any drilling and include all the necessary hardware to install.
You should know, Curt does require the use of a stabilization strap, part # 18050 with their hitch if you're carrying a non-trailer load like the cargo carrier.
