Do the Kats engine block heaters come with instructions?

Yes they do. They are not super detailed but the Kat's heaters do come with install instructions.
It does not come with specific installation instructions for your vehicle, but it does come with a set of universal instructions that would still apply to your vehicle.
Basically you will need to locate the cartridge hole on your block of your vehicle and then the rest of the install instructions that come with this kit would need to be followed.
