Question:

I had the 4431-3 brackets installed to replace the tow hooks on my 2016 F150, 4WD. I have 2 questions... 1. I purchased the Falcon 2 tow bar 6,000 lb capacity. Is this enough? I have weighed the truck and it is about 5400-5500 lbs. Should I use the next size up? 2. with the 4431-3 brackets, it looks like the cross bar is not required, is this correct? thank you

The Roadmaster Falcon 2 part # RM-520 would be a great tow bar for flat towing your 2016 Ford F-150 as it weighs less than the capacity of the tow bar and because this is one of the nicest tow bars around.

You are also correct that the part # RM-524431-4 does not require the use of a crossbar.
