In the video, the young lady mentions tiedown mounts underneath the hood near the windshield and in the trunk that are available to purchase separately. Where would I find them?

The straps used in the video are Rhino-Rack Anchor Strap # RRRBAS. The strap sits under the hood and trunk of your 2016 Chevrolet Cruz. The foam covered anchor sits under the hood and trunk and are held in place once the hood and trunk are securely closed.
The Rhino-Rack anchors are packaged individually. Therefore, you will need two for your vehicle.
