Trailair Flex Air Pin Box to Replace Lippert 1621 Pin Box on a 2015 Cougar by Keystone 33MKS

Question:
we currently have a 2015 Cougar by Keystone 33MKS 5th Wheel. We believe that it has a 1621 OEM hitch and would like to go to a Lippert Flex Air and believe the model should be IC328492, with a 18,000 lb rating. Is this correct or do I need any additional information ? There is LC 158778 at 21,000 lbs rating. Would that be a better option ? Please advise Thank you for your assistance

If you are sure your trailer has a Lippert 1621 pin box then yes the Trailair Flex Air part # LC328492 would fit and would work well to provide you with a smother fifth wheel towing experience. According to the research I did on your trailer it falls well under the 18k capacity of this pin box as it should weigh around 11k when loaded. Going with a higher rated pin box than needed would not gain you anything.
