Nice question, I have some information for you below:

First thing you need to do is figure out why style of pin box you have. Pin boxes are not universal and can be different from unit to unit even if the camper came from the same factory.

If you look at your pin box there should be a plate or sticker on it that will tell you the type and style of pin box. Some of the common types are Lippert 0719, 1116, 1621, 1621HD or a Fabex 665. If you cannot find this information you can call the manufacturer and give them the VIN. They will be able to tell you what type of pin box was installed at manufacture.
