Realistically the only difference between the part # IMF14393 and the # IMF14256 is that the part # IMF14256 is sold in pairs and the part # IMF14393 is sold individually.
Aside from that they have different intended uses but realistically they are the same ratchet setups. The pair is described as being for transom straps and the single is for the bow of the trailer.
