Question:
Im launching and loading a 14foot skiff ~800# 5 times a day. I want a winch with a wireless remote that can be operated from the boat so the boat can be quickly loaded on the trailer by one person. I want to free spool / pay out the the strap or cable very quickly during launch.

What I recommend is the Bulldog winch # BDW15019. With it you are able to add the wireless remote, # BDW20212 sold separately, to operate the winch from up to 100 feet away. The winch does have a free spool mode so you can pull the line out quickly. I have linked a video review of this winch for you. I have also linked a video of the remote.
