Expert Reply:
The base plate kit that is designed to work with your 2007 Honda Fit is part # BX2252.
You can use adapters to be able to use your Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar like part # RM-576.
If the serial number on your Sterling tow bar is 16,500 or lower, the adapters you can use are part # RM-031. If your serial number is higher than 16,500 the adapters you need are part # RM-031-5.
