How do your roof top kayak racks work with larger sea kayaks?

Some of our roof-mount kayak carriers do have length restrictions; almost all will have a specific maximum weight capacity.
The Swagman Exo Aero # S65145 has no kayak size limit and offers a high 100-lb total weight capacity. The Thule Stacker # TH830 however cannot be used with kayaks longer than 10-feet but it can carry multiple boats.
Keep in mind that some carriers will fit specific roof rack bar types. On the linked page you can click on your type of crossbar to then see compatible carriers. You can also click on other specific features you'd like, such as rear versus side loading or included locks.
