Will mirrors from 2007 to 2013 Chevrolet 2500 fit 1990 Chevy 3500

The 1990 Chevy 3500 truck would require a different set of towing mirrors than a new body style 2007-2013. The mirror designs between those years changed pretty significantly.
For the 1990 you would need the part # CM10200 which fits that older style and is a custom fit option that works well. I attached an install video for these mirrors for you to check out as well.
