Power Tailgate Lock on 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup without Power Locks

Question:
I have a 2009 Ram 1500 with just a basic manual handle, no key hole on the tailgate handle. Is there any lock i could use for this. Or does all the pop and lock models only work if there handle only has a maunal lock? Really want to secure my bed since already have had theft from my truck bed.

The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8350 is a powered lock for the tailgate of your 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup. It wires into the power door locks. If you don't have power door locks you can add the Pop & Lock Switch Kit # PAL9520 to operate the tailgate lock.
