I have a bolt on Pintle Hook combo ball. I want to know if you have a bolt on 2inch receiver tube that is the same bolt pattern.

Sounds like you have a hitch mounted pintle mount like the part # C48190 and are looking for a hitch mounted platform like part # BWPMHD14005 for it to attach to.
