The Pro Series Trailer Jack, part # PS1400960376 does not come with an extension for a handle.
The handle, part # PS1400920383 is sold as a separate item.The # PS1400920383 handle will extend 13-1/2 inches when installed which should give you the needed room at the side of your trailer.
