Question:
I have a Ford Expedition and a 21foot Coleman travel trailer weight listed 3800 pounds. I have axel flipped and now it doesnt ride well. Im wanting to get weight distribution bars, I have a stiff friction sway bar, but that is not enough. Please help to determine which one I need. Please advise.

What do you mean it does not ride well? Does the trailer sway now after "flipping the axle?" If so that's typically not something a WD system will fix if the problem is persistent.
Is the trailer sitting level now that you raised it up. Or is the trailer nose down since it sits higher? If the trailer isn't sitting level currently the problem is most likely that you just need to get the appropriate ball mount to allow the trailer to set level. An unlevel trailer will cause sway. I attached a help article that covers how to pick out the correct ball mount as well.
That being said I can help you pick out a weight distribution system. The way to do that is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the trailer including the weight behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
For a 3,800 lb trailer your tongue weight would be most likely 380 lbs to 570 lbs so for a WD system to fit that range the part # RP66082 would be your best option. This system has a tongue weight range of 200-600 lbs and features the only sway control that works to fight sway before it starts.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
