Are LED Light Bulb Load-Resistors Weather Resistant?

Question:
Are these resistors weather resistant? Can they be mounted outside or do they have to be protected? Thanks

The Diamond LED Light Bulb Load-Resistors # DI34ZR would be considered weather resistant. You wouldn't want to submerge them under water but they are designed to be mounted on trailer wiring or vehicle wiring in areas that can get wet from rainfall.
