Curt's light-duty Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11088 is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Nissan Juke. We produced a helpful installation video showing this hitch installed on your same car that our customers use in order to save money by handling the bolt-on installation themselves. This hitch requires no drilling to mount it on your car; you may care to refer to the linked instructions and video to see just how simple the process is.
When using hitch mounted accessories, you have to make sure they are Class I compatible, such as for a hitch-mounted cargo carrier like # C18110 or for a 2-bike hitch rack like the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR. Also, note that only 2 bikes can be carried on any brand of Class I hitch. Note that Nissan states in the Juke owner's manual (page 9-15) that the vehicle should not be used to tow a trailer.
On occasion a hitch can contact a vehicle's muffler and cause a rattling noise. This can be remedied easily by adjusting the exhaust hangers, as described in the linked article.
