Hub Cap Cover for Trailer Wheel with 5 on 4-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern

Question:
Im looking for a 5 x 4.5inch lug nut pattern hub cover. They are 3500 lbs axles. The hubs extend out 2.5inch from the rim to the outside of the bearing buddy cap. The hub diameter is 2.5inch What options do you offer that will fit?

The Phoenix Hub Cap part # PXQT545BHS that you referenced is designed for 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns like your wheel has and would fit the other dimensions you mentioned as well.
