Question:

I ordered the Solera Awning Cradle Support, Black # LC289374 for my trailer hoping it would work. In reading the description now it says it is for a Solera Awning I am still hoping it will work without damaging my awning I really think it will work My trailer is a 2016 Jayco eagle 29.5 with a 20foot automatic awning When the package arrived it did not have any direction with it so when I opened the instructions on the web page got this The instructions you requested are not currently available from the manufacturer. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for any info you can give me

To install the cradle you want to find center point on the awning. Make sure you have backers. Laying the cradle under the awning while in the stored position. Using the cradle push up on the roll tube approximately 1/8 to a 1/4 inch and mount it there.

Remember cradle is not required unless over 21 feet.
