I tow a 24 ft travel trailer with my van and I need better mirrors What is the best fir for my Van?

For a universal fit towing mirror, we have several options. There are basically two categories. First are the type that attach to your existing mirrors. The benefit of these mirrors is that they are easily adjustable, smaller so they are easier to stow, and since they attach to your existing mirrors their positioning does not seem foreign. In this category, I would recommend the Universal Strap-On Towing Mirror (Each), # 7070. I have included a link to a video review of these mirrors below.

The second category are the type of mirrors that attach to the door or fender of the vehicle. These mirrors can have a slightly larger mirror surface. They are also easy to install but are a little larger. Depending on where you have the mirror mounted, it may seem obtrusive and take a little getting used to. The fender mounted models may be a little difficult to see. In this category, I recommend the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, # 11650. I have included a link to a video review below.

There may also be some custom slide-on mirrors available for your GMC 1500 Savana. You can search the vehicle year, make, and model to determine if slide-on mirrors are available.
