Which lock kit fits my Roadmaster Sterling Off-Road tow bar and base plate?

The lock kit that is recommend for the Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar part # RM-576 is actually the part # RM-304. This comes with a hitch pin lock and two pad locks. I attached a review video for more info as well.
